What are Quick Steel Sheds?

Option A is a roof only portal frame type structure that can be used for multiple purposes for when you need area covered and need it done fast and efficiently.

B- Portal frame roof with side walls

Option B is perfect option for roof coverage with side walls creating a tunnel type structure, uses are endless.

C- Half open portal frame structure

Option C is sheltered but open to the elements, this option is popular with the agricultural sector but not limited to large scale and now available to the individual.

D- Side entry portal frame

Option D is ideal for the need where side entry to the portal is needed between the 3m spaced posts.

E- Lock up from both sides

Option E is one of our lock up closed options, with a large 3x3m roller door on both ends of the portal makes for a perfect in and out warehouse.

F- Complete enclosed structure

Option F is your complete portal frame warehouse structure. Lock up and clean space for your every need.

LSF Structure

Our unique light weight portal frame structure is engineered to efficiency. Using only our cold roll formed 1.0mm ISQ550 grade galvanized material. Keeping our purlins in house as well with a 1mm top hat section purlin spanning 3m.

Sheeting

Using widespan G550 IQS550 in Chromadek^®, Galvanized and Zincalume we are able to efficiently cover the distance needed with the 762mm coverage. Below our roof sheeting we install a reflective shield insulation.

Galvinized dipped posts

Our structural posts are mild steel square tubing hot dip galvanized and already welded to the base plate for fast installation inland or coastal without worry of corrosion.

Galvinized designed brackets

All or connecting brackets are galvanized, laser cut and bent and are specifically designed and engineered to in various gauges to create a strong and neat joint.

Structural Anchoring

We supply the fastest DIY way to build your structures. Make use of chemical anchors which you can mount your QS Shed to existing slabs or new suitable surfaces.

Shipping size

Keeping our Quick Steel Sheds at a Max span of 12m we are able to ensure efficient shipping. For example a 12x24m QS Shed F(288sq.m)in a shingle 12m container or a 12m flat bed. The 6 to 10m spans will fit on a 6m flat bed.

All our products used go through quality control. Before leaving the factory. We constantly monitor to improve our products and strive to provide our clients with the best possible product without breaking the bank.
